After School
A Solution For Working Parents
Life Skills Education - Character Development - Total Confidence - Respect for Self & Others - Physical Fitness for Healthy Lifestyle Habits
Does your child’s school schedule conflict with your work schedule? Our transported after school program solves this problem. We provide bus service to get them from school safely so you can pick up your kids at our facility at a more convenient time.
Our Transported After School Martial Arts Program is the only program of its kind in the area. We are not a day care service. Our program is first and foremost about quality Martial Arts Instructions and Physical Fitness. This program is designed to assist parents with the tough job of giving your child the tools and skills needed to overcome their daily obstacles. Whether it is getting bullied at school, a lack of focus on school work or low self-esteem, our Transported Martial Arts Program can help your child be a confident leader and reach new heights.
We are a Member of Taekwondo Ontario, which is officially recognized by the Ontario Ministry of Health and Sport Promotion.

Special Class (Nunchakus)
The Nunchakus is a traditional martial arts weapon made famous by Bruce Lee. Training with Nunchakus develops quicker hand-eye coordination, focus and concentration while improving posture. The practice weapons are made of PVC with foam coating using ball bearing swivel points. Students do not make contact with each other, but learn how these weapons were used in the past to strike and defend. The six session introductory level teaches basic skills and movements for beginners without any experience. The program is offered to all students 12yrs old and up and/or black belts regardless of their age. Maximum 10 students per session.
