FEAR, THE NATURAL INSTINCT
Fear is a natural instinct, a guide, a warning sensation that forces us to pay attention… Without fear we will not have the opportunity to be brave and courageous, what we do next is our choice. Fear is not the enemy, failing to do what we should is. When faced with fear, do not rely on self talk, rituals or gimmicks, rather revisit the hard work and preparation you put in to draw your strength from; your courage and confidence will rise in proportion to what you can draw from, hence is it important to grow and maintain your courage. Like a camp fire which you need to stoke from time to time and add more logs to if you wish for it to carry you through the fear and uncertainty of the dark so too must you stoke your courage. Challenges are the logs that build that courage and confidence and ultimately equip you with the tools to face your fears, seek them out aggressively.
