YOU DON'T BUILD CONFIDENCE BY THINKING "I CAN"

You don’t build confidence by thinking “I can”, you do so by knowing you have a reasonable chance of success. To develop a reasonable chance of success you must continuously do that which you wish to develop confidence in. The only part of the confidence cycle you can control is the doing part, a good plan is just that…a good plan, until put into action it will always be just that… a good plan! So take action and begin doing, then repeat again and again constantly making small improvements, in time you will be able to accomplish your goal.
